Clothing & Food Giveaway
(July 2022)
Wesley collaborated with a non-profit organization called The Parker K9 Group Cares to hold a Clothing and Food Giveaway.
More information is available in the video, and if you would like learn more about The Parker K9 Group, you can visit their website.
Worship Service Outtakes
(June 2022)
During the COVID pandemic, I was responsible for filming and editing pre-recorded worship services, some of which can be seen on this page. If you thought things ran smoothly during the production process, you would be wrong.
The following video shows some of the outtakes that occurred in 2020 and 2021. Sit back, relax, and have a laugh.
Black History Makers
(Feb. 2022)
To celebrate Black History Month, Wesley wanted to highlight certain individuals who made
and continue to make an impact in the world.
Members of Wesley's Youth contributed to this project by providing voiceovers. Those voiceovers
were used along with photos, music to create these videos. Enjoy.
A Devotional and a Christmas Video
(Dec. 2021)
Creativity is still thriving despite living through a pandemic.
In-person worship services are back at Wesley UMC, and are being live-streamed.
The following videos below are meant to improve the church's presence on social media.
The first video is a short devotional. This may become a long-term fixture, and may not be daily, despite the title.
The second is a video showcasing Wesley giving back to the community, donating gifts for a Toy Drive.
Enjoy the videos.
Virtual Worship Services
(Apr. 2020-Sept. 2021)
As COVID-19 put just about everything on hold, it led to a little creativity to get things done,
and these virtual worship services are a perfect example.
These services debuted on Sundays (or earlier), and were filmed at least a couple days prior.
Prior to filming, I worked on different elements (lower thirds, slides, etc.) to make a seamless transition from production to post-production.
Several worship services are available here, but you can see the rest of them on Wesley UMC Chicago’s YouTube Channel.
